PrismGuard Refund Policy

PrismGuard sells digital VPN subscriptions and Premium Shield access. Payments are made in USDC or SOL on Solana mainnet.

Plans

• Free: 0 USDC, per account, free Germany (Frankfurt) server, no Shield.
• Premium monthly: 5 USDC / month, full server list, all five Shield protections.
• Premium 3-month: 14 USDC, full server list, all five Shield protections.
• Premium 6-month: 27 USDC, full server list, all five Shield protections.
• Premium 12-month (annual): 50 USDC, full server list, all five Shield protections.

Refund window

Because crypto transfers are final on-chain, refunds are discretionary and reviewed case by case. A refund may be considered when:

• duplicate payment is confirmed;
• the wrong plan was paid and no meaningful service use occurred;
• a production outage prevents access for a material period;
• payment was sent to the correct collector wallet but entitlement was not activated.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds are normally not provided for network conditions outside PrismGuard control, abuse-policy violations, unsupported devices, user wallet mistakes, seed/private-key loss, or claims that Shield should guarantee a risk-free transaction.

Contact support@prismguard.xyz with wallet public key, plan id, currency, transaction signature, and requested resolution.
