PrismGuard Privacy Policy

PrismGuard is a privacy-first VPN and Solana-aware Shield service. This policy covers prismguard.xyz, the landing/dApp, account subscriptions, VPN admission, and Premium Shield APIs.

What we collect

We collect the minimum data needed to operate the service:

• wallet public key used for account binding;
• plan id, tier, expiry, payment currency, amount, quote id, and Solana transaction signature;
• app-session JWT and short-lived VPN credential metadata;
• allowed server scope, selected server, transport/config data, and operational health logs;
• Shield inputs submitted for inspection, such as domains, recipients, transaction payloads, clipboard address, RPC host/method, and broadcast route preferences;
• support, legal, and abuse correspondence.

We do not collect wallet private keys, seed phrases, or KYC documents for ordinary crypto-paid subscriptions.

Plans and access

Free access is per account and limited to one free server in Germany — Frankfurt. Premium is the single paid plan, starting at 5 USDC per month, with multi-month options (14 USDC / 3 months, 27 USDC / 6 months, 50 USDC / 12 months). Premium unlocks the full server list plus all Shield protections.

Payments

Payments use USDC or SOL on Solana mainnet and are verified against the PrismGuard collector wallet. Payments are confirmed on-chain via Solana RPC.

Shield privacy boundary

Shield is Premium-only and evaluates supported wallet/RPC-aware flows. Transparent HTTPS VPN traffic is not magically decrypted. Shield can inspect what the client or wallet flow submits to Shield endpoints.

Sharing

We may use infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare Pages, Solana RPC/Helius, hosting providers for the VPN fleet, and the production database provider selected for deployment. We may disclose records when required by valid legal process or to prevent abuse.

Retention and security

We retain operational data as long as needed for entitlement, support, abuse prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. Security controls include TLS, account-based access, short-lived JWTs, RS256 VPN credentials, JWKS verification, and Premium gating for Shield.
