PrismGuard AML / KYC Policy

PrismGuard accepts on-chain USDC and SOL on Solana mainnet, crypto via the NOWPayments processor, and Telegram Stars. Plans are Free and Premium.

Current model

• Free: one free Germany (Frankfurt) server per account.
• Premium: 5 USDC monthly (or 14 / 27 / 50 USDC for 3 / 6 / 12 months), full server list, all Shield protections.
• On-chain payments are confirmed against a single collector wallet; card/crypto via NOWPayments and Telegram Stars are confirmed by the respective processor/webhook.
• After payment confirmation, the backend issues a short-lived HS256 app session JWT and can issue a short-lived RS256 VPN credential.

KYC posture

PrismGuard performs no KYC and collects no identity documents on any plan. Accounts are created by Solana-wallet, Google, or Telegram sign-in — we do not ask users for passports, selfies, bank statements, or legal names. Crypto payments outside the on-chain wallet flow are processed by NOWPayments and Telegram Stars; PrismGuard performs no identity verification and there is no fiat/card rail.

Risk controls

We may deny, pause, or refund service where a transaction, wallet, jurisdiction, legal notice, sanctions risk, chargeback-like abuse pattern, or network-abuse signal requires review.

Records

Payment records may include wallet public key, plan id, currency, amount, transaction signature, entitlement tier, expiry, and operational timestamps. We do not store private keys or seed phrases.
