PrismGuard Terms of Service

These Terms govern PrismGuard VPN, PrismGuard Shield, prismguard.xyz, account subscriptions, and related APIs.

Service

PrismGuard provides privacy-oriented VPN access through a family of purpose-built transports, each designed for a different network environment. The public transport set is: PRISM Camo (camo), PRISM Air (xhttp), PRISM Mirror (reality), PRISM Veil (anytls), PRISM Bolt (prism-bolt), PRISM Shadow (shadow-tls), and PRISM Fusion (reality-bolt). An Auto mode automatically selects and chains transports for resilience.

All transports use post-quantum key exchange by default. PRISM Bolt is the native post-quantum transport (ML-KEM-768 key exchange with ML-DSA-65 signatures); the TLS-based transports use a hybrid X25519 + ML-KEM-768 handshake. PRISM Fusion carries the post-quantum channel inside a believable TLS cover.

Plans

Free gives any signed-in account (Solana wallet, Google, or Telegram) one free server in Germany — Frankfurt. Premium is the single paid plan, billed at 5 USDC per month, with discounted multi-month options: 14 USDC / 3 months, 27 USDC / 6 months, and 50 USDC / 12 months. Premium includes the full server list and all Shield protections.

Payments are accepted in USDC or SOL on Solana mainnet. Entitlements are bound to the wallet public key used in the payment flow.

Shield

Shield is Premium-only. While the VPN is connected, Shield blocks known malicious crypto and phishing domains at the DNS level for every app on the device, and checks your PrismGuard subscription payment before you confirm it. Shield does not intercept or check transactions made in other wallet apps. Shield returns risk signals; it is not financial, legal, or investment advice and cannot guarantee safety.

Availability

Network conditions, censorship systems, hosting providers, Solana RPC availability, wallets, and device OS behavior may affect service. PrismGuard does not promise single-flow speedtest aggregation.

User obligations

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, protect your wallet, keep credentials private, and avoid abusive or unlawful traffic.

Changes and termination

We may change features, endpoints, fleet composition, prices, or policies when required for security, legal compliance, or operational reliability.
