PrismGuard is a VPN and account-based security service. We do not host user websites or user-generated public content as part of the VPN subscription.

Notices

Send copyright, abuse, or legal notices to support@prismguard.xyz. Include:

• claimant name and contact;
• the work, right, or law allegedly violated;
• URLs, timestamps, transaction signatures, wallet addresses, or other precise identifiers;
• a statement of authority and accuracy;
• requested action.

Handling

We review notices for completeness and legal validity. Where appropriate, we may suspend a wallet entitlement, block abuse patterns, rate-limit traffic, preserve records required by law, or respond that PrismGuard is not the host or publisher of the reported material.

Counter-notices

If your access was restricted by mistake, contact support@prismguard.xyz with the wallet public key, relevant transaction signature, and explanation.

No monitoring promise

PrismGuard does not promise proactive monitoring of user traffic. Shield checks apply only to supported Premium flows and are not a legal review system.
