PrismGuard Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to PrismGuard VPN, PrismGuard Shield, prismguard.xyz, and related APIs.

Permitted use

PrismGuard is built for privacy, anti-censorship connectivity, hostile-network resilience, and Solana-aware user protection. You may use the service for lawful browsing, secure network access, account-based VPN admission, and Premium Shield checks.

Prohibited use

You must not use PrismGuard to:

• attack, scan, spam, scrape, credential-stuff, phish, distribute malware, or operate botnets;
• violate copyright, privacy, export-control, sanctions, or computer-misuse laws;
• overload the server fleet or bypass fair operational limits through automation;
• resell access, share admission tokens, or abuse Free per-account access;
• use Shield verdicts as a guarantee that a transaction, domain, recipient, or broadcast is risk-free.

Plan boundaries

Free access is per account and limited to the free Germany (Frankfurt) server. Premium unlocks the full server list and all Shield protections.

Enforcement

We may rate-limit, suspend, revoke credentials, block wallet access, or refuse service when abuse is detected. We aim to preserve privacy, but we may process operational metadata needed to protect the network and respond to valid legal notices.
